
For two weeks in December, what you see in the above picture was the full extent of my wardrobe. A travesty by mainstream standards, where women are judged by their shoe collection and fast fashion reigns supreme.
I had been traveling Europe since August. Naturally, I prioritized summer clothes back in those heady, hot days. The only ‘warm’ items I brought with me were 2 small sweaters and a pair of jeans.
One of the sweaters fell apart a few weeks ago.
There was no point in buying anything new when I was about to return to the UK for Christmas, so I went with the one outfit.
